8mbts Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our platform — they form the basis of the agreement between you and 8mbts.
1. Introduction and Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every individual ("Member" or "you") who uses the 8mbts platform and all services operated under it — including online casino, slots, sports betting, live casino, and other gaming services.
1.2By accessing the 8mbts website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
1.38mbts reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the services after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms have been written in English for the convenience of Bangladeshi players. In the event of any interpretive discrepancy, the administrative interpretation by 8mbts shall be final.
2. Membership Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the gaming services on the 8mbts platform. Our services are strictly prohibited for minors. 21+
2.2 One Account PolicyEach individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is a serious violation of the Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
2.3 Accurate InformationAll information provided at registration — including name, contact details, and payment information — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
2.4 Identity Verification8mbts reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time, particularly upon withdrawal requests. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.
3. Account Management
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential. Sharing them with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Suspension8mbts reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account due to a breach of the Terms, suspected fraud, or security-related reasons.
You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. An opportunity to withdraw available funds will be provided before closure, provided there are no pending bets.
3.4 Inactive AccountsA maintenance fee may apply to accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. Members will be notified in advance by email or live chat.
4. Financial Transactions
The minimum deposit amount at 8mbts is ৳200 (per method). Deposits are generally processed instantly or within a few minutes. We currently accept the following payment methods:

The standard processing time for withdrawal requests is 30 minutes to 3 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
4.3 Fraud PreventionIn the case of suspicious transactions, 8mbts reserves the right to hold funds and request identity verification. In confirmed cases of fraud, the account may be closed and funds forfeited.
4.4 CurrencyAll transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳26,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total of ৳41,000.
5.2 Wagering RequirementsA 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit and bonus combined. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in wagers must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus AbuseCollecting bonuses through multiple accounts, placing bets via bots, or any other dishonest attempt to obtain bonuses will result in forfeiture of the bonus and closure of the account.
5.4 Promotion Changes8mbts reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Details of current offers will always be available on the relevant page.
6. VIP Program and Cashback
8mbts has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback benefits by tier are as follows:
- Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular active play. 8mbts will notify members of any tier change.
6.3 Cashback PaymentCashback is paid weekly at a set time, subject to applicable terms. Cashback is credited directly to the account and is withdrawable upon meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
7. Gaming Rules
8mbts is committed to ensuring fair play. All games are operated using a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which makes every outcome independent and unpredictable.
7.2 Technical ErrorsIf the outcome of a bet becomes uncertain due to a server outage, network issue, or game software error, 8mbts reserves the right to void that bet and the staked amount will be returned.
7.3 Bets Based on Erroneous InformationWinnings obtained on the basis of a bonus, incorrect odds, or other advantages arising from a technical error or unintentional mistake will be considered void.
7.4 Service Changes8mbts reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game or service. Members will be notified in advance wherever possible before such changes are made.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8mbts platform:
- Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities
- Playing games using bots, scripts, or automation software
- Using another person's account or managing an account on behalf of a third party
- Intentionally exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the game system
- Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other members
- Attempting to breach the platform's security measures
- Operating an account under a false identity
If involvement in any of the above activities is proven, the account will be permanently closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
8mbts collects and uses members' personal data solely for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity, and complying with applicable legal obligations. Data is not sold to third parties.
9.2 SSL ProtectionOur platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure. All sensitive information, including financial transactions, is transmitted through encrypted channels.

10. Responsible Gaming
8mbts believes that gaming should always remain entertaining. We encourage members to play responsibly and actively work to prevent problematic gaming.
10.2 Setting LimitsMembers can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. These limits can be changed through the support team. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but a request to increase a limit may take some time to come into effect.
10.3 Voluntary BreakAny member may request a self-exclusion for a set period or permanently. This request can be made via live chat or email.

11. Limitation of Liability
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to internet outages, server maintenance, or other technical reasons. 8mbts is not liable for such interruptions, but will endeavour to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
11.2 Third-Party Software8mbts is not directly liable for any technical issues caused by game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, etc.).
11.3 Personal Financial LossParticipation in gaming is at the member's own risk and is an independent decision. 8mbts is not liable for any financial loss arising from gaming activity.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13.2 Entire AgreementThese terms and conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other documents of 8mbts, collectively form the entire agreement between the member and 8mbts.
13.3 LanguageThese terms and conditions are written in Bengali and are designed for the convenience of Bangladeshi players. In the event of any interpretive discrepancy, 8mbts's administrative interpretation shall be final.
